Suite Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Periods:

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 10 days prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is canceled 9 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 9 days of the check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.

No-Show Policy:

If a guest does not show up (no-show) on the check-in date, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

Early Departures:

Guests who decide to check out earlier than the originally booked departure date will not receive a refund for the unused nights.

Booking Modifications:

Any modifications to the reservation that result in a shortened stay or a lower total booking amount within 10 days of the check-in date will still be subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.

Deposit and Prepayment:

A 30% non-refundable deposit/prepayment might be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days and will be subject to any applicable fees as outlined above.

Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either the guest or the business, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, the cancellation policy may be waived or modified.

Contact Information:

Provide guests with clear contact information (phone number, email) for any cancellation inquiries or changes.
Communication:

Clearly communicate the cancellation policy to guests during the booking process and in any confirmation emails.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

Check-In time: 15:00 to 23:00
Check-Out time: 08:00-11:00

Children Policy

Children 0-3 years old free. Baby cot is available free of charge on demand. Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 13.

Smoking Policy

To ensure all the guests’ comfortable stay, smoking is not allowed in any of our suites.

Pet Policy

Small pets are allowed at the suites.

Transfer

 Transfer from/to the airport can be arranged

Privacy Policy

Private information entered during the booking process, are keep private and confidential. Gk Luxury suites may contact its guests via e-mail, asking for feedback and reviews and/or to promote special offers about the hotel unless stated otherwise by the customer.
